Show Your Stuff #30 - Redid No Fail Cookies

How can you improve on no fail cookies? I can across the recipe here. If you did not own a kitchen scale, you might not be able to do this recipe. So I do own a scale, so now I will share the measurments of the cookie:

1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup plus 1T butter
1/2 sugar
pinch of salt.

And my own addition, 1/2 t vanilla

The first time I made this, I thought it was a little bland, adding the vanilla really set it off.

So I combined all the ingredients and gently kneaded the dough.  I got lazy, I rolled out the dough into a square, and cut our smaller squares.  So bake these at 350 degrees for about 8 minutes or until lightly browned.

So now it is time to link up whatever you are proud to show off.

Pinterest Inspired Easy Chocolate Pudding

I found this recipe on Pinterest for Easy Chocolate Pudding. It really was easy, if it got any easier it would of came from a box. But it taste far better than the pudding for the box. I would have to say it is a little healthier too. Ingredients from the original recipe used organic ingredients, which I really don't have. I just wich I good of gotten a better picture, this one doesn't make it look than appetizing.

Show Your Stuff #29 -Mini Cherry Cheesecakes

It is time again for another edition of Show Your Stuff. I am showing off some mini cheesecakes I made. I followed a recipe I found at Pumpkin and Princess. Instead of using Resses Peanutbutter Cup and chips (which really sounds good) I added cherry chips. It did fall a little, but it is still really good.
So go ahead a link up whatever you are proud to show off.
