Hi, welcome again to another edition of Show Your Stuff. This week I have a layered cheeseburger pasta. It was one of those nights that I took out some ground beef and not sure what I was going to do with it. So I came up with this tasty cheesy hamburger pasta.
I have three layers of food. On the bottom layer you have ground beef, onions, and spaghetti sauce. I added cooked pasta as my middle layer. I covered it all with a creamy cheese sauce I made from scratch.
Overall it turned out o.k. I felt that I needed a little more seasoning.

Show Your Stuff #116
Hi,
It is time for another edition of Show Your Stuff. I have attempted again to make a lower fat cookie. I had some apple butter to use up and substituted half the butter on my Death By Chocolate Cookies.
It turned out to be not a really good idea. It wasn't bad, but the flavor of the apple butter really over shadowed the chocolate.
I might of been better using the apple butter in a cookie like Oatmeal Raisin or a spice cookie.

Show Your Stuf #115 - Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies

It is time again for another edition of Show Your Stuff. This week I took my favorite cookie and made it lower in fat by substituting half of the fat with a banana. The best part is that the guys in the household like this cookie. They will eat these and not care if it is half the fat.
1/2 cup butter
1 medium banana
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
2 1/4 cup flour
1 t baking powder
1 t salt.
2 cups chocolate chips
Cream butter, banana, sugars, 2 eggs, and vanilla. Add remaining ingredients. Drop round teaspoonful's onto greased cookie sheet. (I used parchment paper) about 1 inch apart. Bake at 350 degrees for about 8 minutes or until done.
