My husband made this great stuffed meatloaf with spinach and feta cheese.

Hopefully he get me the recipe so I can post it.

New Kitchen Tool

We got a new attachment for our Kitchen aid mixer. I am excited about making homemade ice cream again.

My husband made apple crisp and caramel pecan ice cream.

Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bake

On Jan 2, I posted a video from Cooking Met Daan on my Facebook page. I finally got around to making it myself. It was a huge success.

According to the video it takes:
2 tubes of cinnamon rolls, save the frosting
6 eggs
1/2 milk
2 t cinnamon
2 t vanilla
1 cup maple syrup

Coat 9 x 13-inch pan with melted butter. Cut up the rolls into bite size pieces. Add to pan. Mix eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla. Add to pan with the cut up rolls.  Drizzle over the maple syrup. Bake at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes. Frost with the frosting from the cinnamon rolls.

It turned out crispy on top and moist, like french toast, on the bottom. I would make this again. I might add bacon next time.
