Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

4 Large Portabella mushrooms 

4 0z. finely chopped imitation (or real) crab meat

2 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese

1 oz. shredded parmesan cheese

¼ C. breadcrumbs

1 T. dried thyme

1 T. dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Clean mushrooms byremoving dirt. Stems, and membranes. Save Stems. In a mixing bowl finely dice stems and add crab, thyme, oregano, mozzarella cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine. Spoon mixture back into the inside of the mushrooms and top with the parmesan cheese. Place on baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is golden brown
