Ingredients

8 oz. Pkg. Imitation crab meat (sub real crab meat chucks if desired)

10 20-30 count shrimp diced (tail off and deveined.)

2 jars Alfredo Sauce

1 Pkg. Lg. Manicotti noodles

8 oz. pkg. Shredded Mozzarella cheese

2 Cups Ricotta cheese

1 Cup grated Parmesan Cheese

1 egg

2T. dried Basil

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large pot fill with water and season with salt (like the sea), cook pasta till ¾ way done. Drain and run under cold water. Meanwhile, Dice the shrimp and crab meat and set aside. Mix Mozzarella cheese, Ricotta cheese, egg, ½ of Parmesan cheese, and basil in a large mixing bowl. Mix well and stuff manicotti noodles with the mixture, in a 9 x 13 baking dish place ½ jar of alfredo on the bottom of the dish. Place manicotti on top of the sauce. Mix the rest of the alfredo sauce and the crab/ shrimp mix. Pour over manicotti noodles. Cover the top with the rest of the parmesan cheese. Bake 15 to 20 minutes till golden brown. Let set for 5 minutes and serve.
