1 diced roasted Red Pepper

1 diced yellow onion

3 stalks diced Green Onions

1 T. minced garlic

3 T. Paprika

3 T. Chili Powder

Salt and pepper to taste

¼ cup Mayonnaise

¼ cup sour cream

2 Finely diced Jalapenos (for heat, optional)

Instructions
