Ingredients:
- 1 French Baguette
- ¼ cup Melted Butter
- 2 tablespoons Garlic Powder
- 4 diced Tomatoes (fresh, not canned)
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 1/8 cup Finely Diced Parsley
- 1/8 cup Italian seasoning
- ¼ cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 3 tablespoons White Pepper (black will do)
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
- Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Baguette Slices:
- Cut the French baguette into 2-inch slices and arrange them on a baking sheet.
Garlic Butter Coating:
- In a small microwaveable bowl, melt the butter and add the garlic powder. Stir well.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture onto each bread slice.
Bake the Bread:
- Place the buttered slices in the preheated oven for 6-8 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
Tomato Topping:
- In another mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, olive oil, finely diced parsley, Italian seasoning, and white pepper. Mix well.
Assemble the Bruschetta:
- Once the bread slices are out of the oven, spoon the tomato mixture generously over each slice.
- Sprinkle shredded Parmesan cheese on top of the tomato mixture.
Serve and Enjoy!:
- Arrange your Parmesan-topped bruschetta on a platter and serve immediately.
