This is a low-sugar brownie I made. It only has 1/2 cup sugar for the 8-inch pan. It also has an avocado in it, and some low-fat yogurt in it instead of butter and eggs. It does have some cinnamon in it to give a little more sweetness. Overall, I really don't like them. It was o.k. I will try this again adding a little more sugar.
Here is a poppable on top of the brownie. This did not work out because the brownie was soft and the frozen yogurt was hard. I should have waited for the frozen yogurt to thaw a little.
