I am usually make dinner on Saturdays. I made lasagna and apple pie. This particular lasagna I added spinach, carrots, celery, garlic, and onion along with ground beef and canned spaghetti sauce (along with ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.) I usually don't add spinach, carrots, or celery to my lasagna, but these are veggies I needed to use up and had worked out to make a tasty lasagna.
The apple pie visually is hot mess, but still tasty. I could not find a pie plate, but I thought I would try to make individual pies in my large muffin pan. I did not make my bottom crust tall enough and the filling stich to the sides, making it difficult to remove the pies from the pan.I will be Sharing this with:
