Baked Donuts

I knew I had to make these when I saw them posted on Facebook.  Baked Buttermilk Donuts.
So as you can see from the picture, I have three different size donuts. My issue with the doughnut pan is my donuts stick to them even when I do spray the pan. That is why I rarely make baked donuts is because I had issues with them sticking to the pan. My husband asked if I seasoned my pans. I asked him how I would do that, he said to spay them and put them in a 350 degree oven for about 15 minutes. I will have to try that to see if it works.

As far as the donuts, I did not have buttermilk. So I added vinegar to the milk to make it curdle. Next time I will have to try this recipe with actual buttermilk. I also added cinnamon to it also. My son thought it was just o.k.,  I liked them, and my husband loved them.
