Shrimp and Ricotta Toast


1 small bag of precooked salad shrimp

1cup Ricotta cheese

1 T. Italian seasoning

2 T. Garlic power

1 T. smoked Paprika.

½ Stick butter

¼ cup. Grated Parmesan cheese

1 Baggette


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a mixing bowl, place salad shrimp, ricotta cheese, and Italian seasoning. Mix well and set aside. Cut the baguette into 1-inch slices place on a baking sheet and set aside. In a microwavable bowl melt the butter with the paprika and garlic. Stir well and brush the butter mix on the baguettes. Sprinkle on the Parmesan cheese and place in the oven for 7-8 minutes until the cheese is golden brown. Smear each slice with ricotta and shrimp mixture and serve.
