My husband plans out meals in advance, but sometimes life happens and it doesn't get prepared. Sometimes (most times) I forget to take a photo. AI has made it possible to create stunning photos, but sometimes (most times) it is not 100 percent accurate.
Mexican hot dogs
Ingredients
1 – 10 count package hotdogs
1 – a small bag of Corn tortillas
Picante sauce (your choice of heat)
Sour Cream
2 cups Vegetable oil (I prefer canola oil)
Instructions
Use a wet paper towel and wrap the tortillas, place them in the microwave 30 seconds. This will make them soft and pliable. Wrap hot dog in corn tortilla securing wrap with a toothpick. Repeat until all hot dogs are wrapped. Place oil into a medium-deep pan and heat oil to 375 degrees. Place hot dogs into oil and cook until corn tortilla is crisp. Line side by side on a plate and spoon on Picante sauce and sour cream. Guacamole is optional.
