Ingredients
6 Boneless Chicken Thighs
2 cups Dry White Wine
1 Bunch of Thyme Finely Chopped
6 oz, Bacon cut into ½” Pieces.
8 oz. Sliced Mushrooms
4 T. Butter
8 oz. Sliced Carrots (fresh, not canned)
1 Bunch Green Onions
3 T. minced Garlic
2 T. white wine vinegar
2 T. flour
1 Roasted Red pepper
1 Banana pepper
Salt and pepper
8 oz. bag of Egg Noodles
Chopped parsley for garnish.
Instructions
In the crock pot place all liquid ingredients and whisk together. Whisk in flour. Then, place chicken and all solid ingredients into a crock pot except egg noodles. Cook for 3 Hours on high, add salt and pepper to taste, then, reduce to low heat an additional 2-3 hours. 15 minutes before serving boil the noodles and cut parsley. Place noodles in the bottom of the bowl with sauce on top, garnished with parsley.
