Shrimp Quesadillas
Ingredients
2 small bags of salad Shrimp
1 cup, of Chucky Salsa (your choice of heat)
8 cups shredded Mexican Cheese
4 large flour tortillas
Sour cream
Instructions
Mix shrimp and salsa in a mixing bowl. Heat large skillet to medium heat place tortilla in skillet adding shrimp mixture and 2 cups cheese. Fold the tortilla in half and toast on both sides. Cut into 4 pieces and serve. Serve with sour cream on top or on the side. (same for guacamole).
