Shredded Potato Cakes

 My darling husband made up some shredded potato cakes with sausage and peppers and cheesy garlic buscuits.

He followed this Taste of Home recipe, but he added 1/4 pound of bacon and seasoned it after it was fried.

This is a great recipe and is a tasty edition to this sausage dinner.
