Minnesota Wild Rice Griddle Cakes

I got a package in the mail the other day addressed to this blog. I was confused because I wasn't expecting anything. Turns out I got four boxes of Minnesota Wild Rice Griddle Cakes.

Then I remembered that I husband was in Hy-Vee at the time they were sampling this product. He told the vendor that he would help promote the product.

 So about a month ago he did make up some of the griddle cakes for breakfast. I liked it with the jam on top.

I am not sure what my husband plans to do with four boxes of the griddle cakes, I do hope we get to keep at least one.

So far you can only buy them at Hy-Vee stores in the mid-west or Chef Central in New Jersey.
