Polish Hash - Show Your Stuff #71

One of the interesting things about this picture is that the sausage in missing. The bowl use to hold the sausage broke apart and we could not use the sausage. We were really bummed as we were looking forward to having the sausage as the main staple in this dish.

Polish Hash

1 lb. Favorite sausage (cut into 1/4 inch cubes)
2 large Russet potatoes (washed and cut into 1/4 inch cubes)
1/2 cup cut broccoli
1/2 cup cut Cauliflower
1/4 diced yellow onion
1/2 cup sliced carrots
1 -1lb. jar of Ragu double cheese sauce
1 T. garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
2 T. olive oil

Cut and steam veggies until tender , set aside. Heat oil in saute pan place potatoes in pan cook until potatoes are half done, add sausage, cook until done. Add cheese sauce and spices, bring to simmer, add veggies, stir well and let simmer on low for 10 minutes serve hot.
