Crab Ravioli


The latest of tasty recipes created by my husband. He also made some cheesy potatoes with this,
which I will include in a separate post.


Crab Ravioli made easy
1 12oz can Alfredo sauce
8oz crab meat - diced or shredded
1 green pepper - diced
1 onion - diced
8oz mushrooms - sliced
1 2lb bag cheese ravioli
4oz shredded Colby cheese
 1 Tablespoon Garlic power
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon olive oil

In sauce pan sauté onion and peppers until sweating, add mushrooms and sauté till tender add crab meat, Alfredo sauce , spices, and shredded cheese simmer for 10 minutes. While sauce is simmering start your water boiling for ravioli and 2 tablespoons of salt and the vegetable oil to the water. Follow package directions for ravioli. Serve sauce over top of cooked ravioli.
