Show Your Stuff #63 - Home Made Ice Cream

I made Ice cream this past weekend and it turned out great.

So here is the recipe:

2 eggs
1 cup sugar
3 1/2 cream
1 cup milk
2 1/2 t vanilla

Combine all ingredients except vanilla in sauce pan over medium low heat till it reaches at least 160 degrees and coats the back of a spoon. Add vanilla, cool completely, refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Freeze in ice cream machine according to manufactures directions.
