Peanut Butter Ice Cream

I first saw this peanut butter ice cream recipe On Sweet As Sugar Cookies blog. What really attracted me to this recipe is that is doesn't use any cream. The use of cornstarch in the recipe keeps the ice cream from getting "icy" and keeps it creamy. This recipe was originally a spicy peanut butter ice cream. I left out the spicy element and added a little cocoa. I also did not add the cinnamon, but that was on accident. So the original recipe can be found here.
