Easy Orange Cranberry Sauce

My husband made an easy orange cranberry sauce with a can of jellied cranberry sauce
He made it to go on top of fried fish, anybody who knows me will tell you I like a little fried fish with my tarter sauce. But I like the sauce with the fish and it probably has less calories and fat than the tarter sauce. I am sure that this sauce will go well with other meats,
So here is the recipe.

Easy Orange Cranberry Sauce

By David Huston

1 Can Jellied Cranberry Sauce
1/2 Cup Orange Juice
3T Sugar

Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth and just heat and serve.

  2. My favorite "fried" chicken recipe (which I haven't made in years) is actually "fried" in milk in a skillet on top of the stove. It makes the yummiest, most moist chicken I've ever had.

Chicken w/ 40 cloves of garlic is awesome too - it's roasted tho.

I found you through the Planet Weidknecht Hop tonight. Would love a follow back on http://familyliteracy2.blogspot.com - I've also followed you on FB, Twitter and G+ & would love a follow back if interested. On the hop I'm #'s 60-64. =D Thanks! Tina 'the book lady'
