Seafood Hoagie by David Huston: 8oz Crab meat 2oz mini Salad Shrimp ¼ cup Diced Tomato ¼ cup Shredded Carrots 1oz Sliced Mushrooms 1 T Oregano 4 Hoagie rolls 1 cup Mayonnaise Mix all ingredients well in mixing bowl, cut hoagie buns in half lengthwise, Fill with mixture. Serve cold, serves 4 people.
