Chocolate Pudding Oatmeal Cookies

I made up these cookies based off a recipe found at Cooks.com. It is a cookie that tasted o.k. at first but grew on me after I had the second (and third, and fourth..) cookie. It is an oatmeal meal cookie with a subtle hint of chocolate from the chocolate pudding.

The recipe:
1 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
1 small box of chocolate pudding (you could use another flavor)
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. flour
1 t. baking soda
3 1/2 c. oatmeal

Cream the butter with the brown and white sugar. Add the eggs and pudding. Add remaining ingredients
Drop of teaspoonfuls on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Enjoy!
