Installed Spybot on the computer helped the problem with my user and stopped System Tools 2011 from running on my user profile. I can use my profile now, however I think there are still issues with the computer. I still will get the the internet browsers to pop up and today I got an e-mail from David's Hotmail account. I know he did not send it.
I may have to consider re-formating, a little drastic, but it is the only way I know how to fix the problem.
