Ingredients
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 C. flour
2 Eggs (beaten)
1 C. panko breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
3 T. olive oil
1 small jar of spaghetti sauce
4 slices Swiss cheese
Instructions
Pat chicken dry and salt and pepper chicken (both sides). In 3 separate bowls place: flour in bowl 1, eggs in bowl 2, and panko in bowl 3. Preheat oil in a large skillet over medium to high heat. Place the dipped chicken after dipping chicken in bowls 1,2, and 3 (in that order) into a skillet and cook until done (about 6-8 minutes on each side (check the internal temp. of the chicken making sure it reaches 165 degrees.). After the chicken is cooked reduce to low heat and add spaghetti sauce to each chicken then, place cheese over the spaghetti sauce. Melt cheese and serve.
