Sloppy Joes

Yummy and very messy Sloppy Joes!

2 lbs. Ground Beef

1 finely diced onion

½ cup Ketchup

¼ cup Dijon Mustard

¼ cup BBQ sauce

3 T. Worcestershire sauce

¼ cup sweet pickle relish

Salt and pepper to taste

8 Jumbo Hamburger buns (I prefer mine with sesame seeds)

8 Slices of your favorite cheese

In a large skillet Cook hamburger and onions together until done, drain grease. Add Ketchup, Mustard, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, pickle relish, and salt and pepper. Mix well, place on low heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.

Toast Hamburger buns (optional, but I found out that a toasted bun will hold up better when eating). Place cheese on the bottom of the bun and add 3 T. of sloppy joe mix. Put bun top on, repeat until sloppy joes are made, and serve.
