Our son had learned to make pancakes when dad became laid up with foot surgery. Using dad's recipe, Charlie has come up with these cinnamon chocolate chip pancakes.
Beat 2 eggs until light and fluffy
add,
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
3 T vegetable oil
2 T cinnamon
2 T baking powder
1 T vanilla
1/2 chocolate chips
My daughter is coming home from college in a few weeks and she requested chocolate chip pancakes - one of her favorites :) I have never tried them with cinnamon though but it sounds delicious!
ReplyDeleteThe pancakes certainly look delicious.
ReplyDeleteVisiting from Titus 2sday - my youngest has just been to the orthodentist and is asking for soft food - these look perfect!
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't have thought about adding cinnamon, too. Good idea! -Jamie
