Chocolate Chip Cinnamon Pancakes

Our son had learned to make pancakes when dad became laid up with foot surgery. Using dad's recipe, Charlie has come up with these cinnamon chocolate chip pancakes.
Beat 2 eggs until light and fluffy
add,
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
3 T vegetable oil
2 T cinnamon
2 T baking powder
1 T vanilla
1/2 chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups of milk.

Heat skillet or griddle to medium heat. Pour about 1/4 cup batter onto skillet. When bubbles form and a little dry on the edges it is time to flip it over. Cook a few minutes more.

  1. My daughter is coming home from college in a few weeks and she requested chocolate chip pancakes - one of her favorites :) I have never tried them with cinnamon though but it sounds delicious!
