Making New Dishes out of Thanksgiving Leftovers

In this post, we are going to show what we did with some of Thanksgiving leftovers. I made an ice cream out of my husbands strawberry and banana topping my husband made for the French toast he had made for breakfast that morning. I folding in some additional whipped topping and ran it through the ice cream attachment for my Kitchen Aid. It was pretty good.
My husband made soup out of the left over ham. That was tasty too.
Finally I never did show the Dreamy Apple Butter Pie in the Thanksgiving post. What we did with that is we took the remaining pie, crust and all, and folded up some crushed Butterfinger, pieces of angle food cake, some cut up chocolate, and some additional whipped topping and made a version of Butterfinger Dessert.

That turned out pretty tasty too. All of this was more of a creative outlet on repurposing food. It was a fun challenge.
