Crab stuffed mushrooms
6 large Portabello mushrooms
4 oz crab meat (shredded)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash
Pepper to taste
3 oz. Monterrey jack cheese shredded
1 finely diced tomato
Spoon
out the insides of the mushrooms; place the outer shells in a 9x9
baking dish, dice the insides of the mushrooms and place in mixing bowl.
Add all other ingredients except cheese. Mix well and spoon back into
mushroom shells. Cover with cheese and bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
