Today I made up a batch of Flour-less Peanut butter cookies. The recipe is found at the side among the list of recipes. What I did different was added a little honey. I used mainly Equal for the Sugar, though there is some real sugar in it. I also fattened the cookies with a fancy cookie mold instead of fork.
