I have two blogs that center around my blogging about my knitting and crochet projects. Mainly they are an avenue to post my patterns. I had hoped for some revenue with the Google Ads. There is not anything to show because of minimal traffic. This blog was to write about any other topic. I was writing on foreign travel, then I was focusing on food, then I would just write about anything.
I think my first step about my potential blog career is to just get in the habit of blogging.
As a side note. I included a date at the beginning of of my blog is because I am using my iTouch to blog and again the date is wrong. It is a day behind.

I'm not a great blogger, by any means, but as far as I can tell the way people make money by blogging is by having enough traffic and followers to sell ad-space.
ReplyDeleteI honestly think that you could put together a really interesting blog on your experience in the military -- the time period, in a male-dominated career, and later becoming a single mother in the middle of all that? I don't know if you feel like you have a lot of stories, but it seems like you would.
But yeah, the hardest part is definitely updating every day.
