BBQ Cheddar Burgers


I am sharing another creation thought up by my husband. We had these for dinner tonight, and it was tasty.

So I am now sharing the recipe:


1 1/2 pounds ground beef
8 oz medium cheddar brick cheese, cut into 1/4 inch squares
1 package onion/mushroom soup mix
1/4 cup honey BBQ sauce
1/2 cup bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients well, form into patties, refridgerate patties for at least 1 hour ( to firm them up). Grill patties until desired doneness.
