Show Your Stuff #36 - Taco Casserole

It is time again for another edition of Show Your Stuff. I am showing off a simple dish. It is just 1 pound of ground beef, an onion,a packet of taco seasoning and a little water. It is topped with cheese and and two cans of biscuits.
