So here is the recipe.

2 10.5 oz. cans cream of celery soup
1 cup heavy cream

1 Tablespoon dill (finely chopped)
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay spice

Place bacon in 5 qt. sauce pan and cook till crisp, drain grease. Add onions and celery till sweating, then add clam juice and potato cubes and cook until potatoes are fork soft. Add remaining ingredients except butter and mix well. After mixing add butter and let melt. Simmer and stir occasionally for 20 minutes. Serve hot. Makes 3 qts.
