Macaroni Salad Recipe

I had my Husband make up some Macaroni Salad for a church pot luck, being held now every Wednesday during Lent. So here is his recipe:

Macaroni Salad
By David Huston

8 oz small pasta shells
8 oz cubed Colby Cheese
4 Stalks of Celery
2 Carrots - jullianed
2 T Prepared Mustard
2 Cups Mayonnaise
1 T Parsley
1 T Celery Salt
Salt and Pepper to taste

After cooking pasta according to package directions, make sure the noodles are cool and mix remaining ingredients in large mixing bowl. Serve Chilled

  1. I could seriously eat macaroni salad til it came out of my ears, though I rarely make it during the winter months. Your hubby's looks delish. I don't usually put mustard in mine, but it sounds like it would give it a nice little kick. Stopping by from It's A Keeper Thursdays and newly following. Thanks for sharing this!
