Fish Stick Tacos

 We have been getting Real Simple magazines in the mail and the September 2021 edition has a fish stick taco recipe in it. I knew I wanted to make it. It is easy to make too. These tacos have a cabbage slaw that is made up of cabbage, sauerkraut, apple cider vinegar and salt. We added cheese to our tacos. I added mayo to mine. The recipe suggests Greek yogurt or sour cream.

    What a yummy idea! When I think of fish sticks the memory pops up of me as a little girl! I loved fish sticks and my mother allowed me to eat them almost any time I wanted!
