Bacon Cheeseburger Sloppy Joes and Broccoli Bacon Salad

 My husband made these up for dinner on night and now I am sharing the recipes.
Bacon Cheeseburger Sloppy Joes
1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb. Bacon
1 med. yellow onion Diced
2 Tablespoons pickle relish
1/4 cup ketchup
1/8 cup Yellow mustard
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

In 2 quart pan brown ground beef and saute onion. Drain extra grease. Fry bacon til crisp and coarsely cut into pieces. Add all ingredients to ground beef, stir and simmer for 10 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.

Broccoli  Bacon Salad
3 heads broccoli
1/2 lb. Bacon
8 oz. Cheddar cheese (Shredded)
1 pint Cherry tomatoes (cut in halves)
1 green pepper (diced)
1/2 cup Ranch dressing
2 Tablespoons Mrs. Dash

Fry bacon, pat dry and crumble. In large mixing bowl trim broccoli to just use flowerettes (cut into bite size pieces), Add all other ingredients and mix well.
