Berry Cobbler



This is really delicious cobbler filled with pineapple, strawberries, cherries, blueberries and raspberries.It is really good served up with some whipped cream.

Berry Cobbler

1 cup diced pineapple
1 cup diced strawberries
1/2 cup cherries
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 sugar

Mix all ingredients and let rest 1 hour

For the Topping:

1 cup oatmeal
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 cup softened butter
2 T cinnamon
1 t nutmeg

Mix all ingredients until crumbly.

Portion fruit into a baking dish or individual baking dishes, top with the topping. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Best served warm whipped cream.
