Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1 Cup (2 sticks) butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 orange pureed
1 1/2 cup sugar
4 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 cups orange rind
2 cups dried cranberries
Combine butter, eggs, milk, orange, and sugar until well combined.
Combine flour and baking powder and add to wet mixture.
Drop by tablespoon on greased cookie sheet and cook for 10-12 minutes.
Remove from cookie sheet and cool on cooling rack.
It's bursting with orange flavor. I like that, and the cranberries too. Thank you for linking to Joy of Desserts.
