Nutella Pudding Cookies

I wanted to make a Nutella version of the Peanut Butter Pudding Cookies. It did turn out good. My
only complaint is that it was too flat. It might of needed a little more flour.

Overall it was moist and delicious, if you love Nutella, this recipe is a must for you.

Nutella Cookies:

3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup Nutella
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
1 small box instant chocolate pudding
2 1/4 cup flour
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt

Combine, butter, Nutella, sugars, eggs, vanilla. Add remaining ingredients.  Drop round teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet, about an inch apart. Bake for 350 degrees about 8-10 minutes.

Whole Wheat Pancakes

I saw the whole wheat flour on the counter and knew it had to be whole wheat pancakes for breakfast. I searched the web for a recipe and found one here. I did make some changes to the recipe. I did not have wheat germ, so I added flax seed. I also did not use the food processor as it called to do in the recipe. I just melted the butter and mixed all the ingredients in a bowl. But it did turn out really good. My son wasn't much of a fan, but my husband liked them.

Baked Chocolate Donuts

Today I wanted to make some cake donuts. I did have the necessary pans to make them. I did run into issues with them sticking in the pans. The recipe also calls to pipe them in the pans. It turned into a messy process. I found the recipe on the web:
http://www.positivelysplendid.com/2013/02/baked-chocolate-cake-doughnuts.html

This did turn out tasty, and soft like a cake. My past attempts at making baked donuts resulted in them turning out dense.

Ham Potatoe Casserole Bake - Show Your Stuff #75

I am SO excited to have Show Your Stuff team up with Small Fine Print.  I would like to thank Mandy for approaching me about teaming up.  So do go and check out her site.

So what I am sharing is another recipe my husband whipped up using instant scalloped potatoes. Me, personally, I am not a fan of  box scalloped potatoes, so I thought it was just ok.

My sons and husband loved it!

So here is the recipe for Ham/ Potato casserole bake:
2 boxes scalloped potatoes
1b. Ham (diced)
8 oz. Frozen mixed Veggies
4 oz. Cheddar cheese
2 teaspoons garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a 2 quart casserole dish prepare the boxes of scalloped potatoes as directed. Before placing casserole in oven add all other ingredients. Place uncovered on the middle rack and bake for 40-45 minutes or until top is golden brown. Remove from oven and let set for 5 minute.

So now it is your turn, Show off your DIY, crafts, recipes, ect.
